The trays are custom fit to your own mouth. All we have to do is take upper and lower impressions, and we contact you in a few days when the trays are back from the lab, and we talk you through how to use the kit. You’re completely in control of your whitening, wearing the trays overnight for about 2 weeks consecutively, so if you feel any sensitivity, you can skip a night if you wish.
